Reciprocal Recognition Agreement (CABE) The Hong Kong Institution of Engineering Surveyors (HKIES) has established a reciprocal recognition agreement with the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) since 2021.
HKIES Members can now register and submit the online application system with relevant documents and two professionals from HKIES to support and verify qualifications. More details can be found from CABE website under “Equivalent Membership”:
